I have been in the residential real estate profession since 2005, and was fortunate enough to become a broker and established eSource Real Estate in December of 2011, serving Tarrant, Parker and surrounding Counties. Prior to real estate, a majority of my professional career involved corporate roles including HR Specialist, Manager of Customer Operations with an online distance learning company, claims assistant at Walt Disney World, and motivated/encouraged clients as a personal trainer. I incorporate something from each of those experiences when working with clients.
Having had the privilege of being Walt Disney World Cast Member (fancy term for employee), I learned the importance of great customer service early on in my career. When you are making the largest investment of your life, you want to hire a REALTOR® who places your best interests at heart, and works hard to make your first home purchase a successful one. My job is not only to assist a buyer in finding that right home; my job really begins with contract negotiations and continues through to the closing. I handle a lot of the details, explaining to my clients what to expect every step of the way. There are so many crucial steps involved, and you cannot be expected to place your life on hold to handle them.
